chicken breasts .. i will use 4 breasts from this pack

parmesan cheese

1 packet

taco seasoning mix

rinse and pat the chicken breasts then into strips..chicken finger size

in another bowl pour in 2 cups of parmesan cheese and add the taco seasoning mix

remove to plate then tupperware will be a serving. no carbs.. no carbs in the chicken
