12 ozs

spaghetti

1 can

president's choice tomato sauce

1 lb

extra ground beef

2 tsps

seasoning

1 clove

garlic powder

1 package

cream cheese

1/2 cup

president's choice menu parmesan cheese

1 serving

brown the ground beef until and drain any fat

1 serving

stir in tomato sauce. set aside

1 package

cook spaghetti noodles according to drain and put in a bowl. add cream cheese

spray a 9x pan

1 oz

next time i'd add sauteed mushrooms and m zerella instead of the parmesan cheese
