Canning bacon bits

cutting up the bacon ends

bacon ends filled up my pot

then i it down. this took a long time -- again

i it half-way through

when all the bacon was down

scalding lids and rings

i came away

all meat gets in a pressure canner

because i like having lots of bacon bits in the pantry

i wished i'd stopped to count how many three packages i started with

because of our elevation
