Caramel Layer: {I give options here- choose what type of caramel you’d like to use!}

caramels + 1/4 cup cream or milk stirred in OR
1/2 cup
caramel sundae syrup + 2 TBSP flour stirred in OR
1/2 cup
homemade caramel syrup + 2 TBSP milk stirred in {this is what I used}
1 1/4 cups
salted peanuts {I chopped about 1/2 cup of mine and left the rest as they were}
Chocolate Layer:
1 cup
semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp
butter

container Cool Whip
+Additional whipped cream (chocolate and caramel drizzle and peanuts for garnish. (optional))
