Strawberry Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS

what a great combination! freshly strawberries and loose tea! yum

strawberry iced tea

2 cups

strawberries

4 cups

water

2 Tbsps

loose tea

1/4

sugar

1/4 cup

lemon juice

heat two cups of the water to just below

dissolve the sugar in one cup of the water

place the tea leaves in the other cup of water and steep

remove the tea leaves and discard . in a heat-proof pitcher

set aside 4 strawberries

food processor and purée until smooth

strain the puréed berries and discard the seeds

mix together the puréed berries

chill until ready to serve. serve over ice
