almond emulsion

glaze

1 1/2 cups

powdered sugar

2 tsp

almond emulsion

1 serving

milk

1 serving

almonds

1 serving

emulsions are awesome. unlike alcohol based extracts

preheat the oven to 350°f

1 serving

begin the choux by combining water

1 sheets

spread the choux over the marzipan and pastry. completely cover the shortcrust

1 slice

allow the glaze to set and then and serve
