juice of lemon

wholemeal self-raising flour

175 gs

heat the margarine and add only of sugar and stir until the margarine has fully

take off the heat and stir in the lemon rind

whisk the eggs and add to the sugar mixture

fold in the flour and turn into a greased and floured 20cm tin

warm the remaining of sugar

prick the cake all over
