Sweet & Spicy Salmon Tacos with Mango-Cucumber Salsa

paprika (I use smoked)

Generous pinch of salt

Several grinds black pepper

honey

1 tbsp

lime juice

Olive oil or cooking spray

~1.25 lb of skinless salmon filets

medium cucumber, seeds removed and diced

~1/2 cup chopped red onion

diced jalapeno (seeds removed for less heat)

Small handful of cilantro, chopped
