roughly chopped plum or beefsteak tomatoes

cucumber, peeled and chopped

bell pepper, chopped

avocado (about 30 grams)

water

sea salt (or to taste)

lemon juice

sherry vinegar (substitute apple cider vinegar)

Optional: 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
