i had a great fall and winter growing season. i grew some huge flat dutch cabbages. i grew some carrots too. i up both the cabbage and carrot which was the base of my bowl

once i had those up and washed. i steam the veggies and i begin to work on the chicken

it usually cost extra to get meat chicken in yout flame broiler bowl. they originally use chicken thighs which you use if you prefer. both are delicious

the key is to cook your meat on high heat and keep on stirring while it gets a brown char

chop up your cabbage into square pieces. chop up you one carrot into discs. place into the strainer and wash

meanwhile. chop your chicken and/or steak if you are using that into pieces. heat up your pan

add the meat to the oil. then add the teriyaki sauce and pinch of coconut sugar. *divide the teriyaki and coconut sugar if you are making a half&half bowl

continuously stir the meat on high heat

in a bowl place your veggies. on top of that place your meat and green onions. top
