i used a combination of yukon gold and russet

1 1/2 cups

chicken stock

2 Tablespoons

butter

2 cloves

garlic

1 1/2 cups

cream

1 serving

optional - parmesan cheese

peel your potatoes and dice them into 1 - 2" inch pieces

toss potatoes into slow cooker

pour chicken stock over potatoes. add butter and garlic to the slow cooker

cook on low

turn to warm and serve from the crockpot! top
