Honey-Glazed Pork Chops (GAPS-legal)

pat the pork chops

heat a skillet over medium-high heat

brown the pork chops on one side and then set them aside. while the pork chops brown

add the onion and a sprinkle of salt to the skillet

place the pork chops back in the skillet

transfer the pork chops to a clean plate and let them rest

pour glaze over the pork chops and serve
