NOTES
I only use 1 lb of ground beef and use 2 jars of bottled tomatoes in place of the broth, fire roasted tomatoes, and tomato paste.
I brown the ground beef and onion together. Then place them with all of the other ingredients except the peas in a crockpot for 6 hours. Add the frozen peas about 10 minutes before serving so they are warm but crisp. Serve with bread sticks.
