shredded zucchini , do not drain or squeeze

walnuts or mini chocolate chips (optional)

cream cheese , softened

Really good. I didn’t make the drizzle since the boys don’t like cream cheese icing, but it didn’t need it. I added a tsp. of vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
I make as muffins. Took about 20 minutes to cook. Added chocolate chip and more cinnamon and a little vanilla
