Granny Smith apples, diced (unpeeled)

red grapes, sliced in half
Fresh parsley
DRESSING: 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup
light sour cream
1/4 cup
lemon juice
2 tsp
salt
1 tbsp
curry powder
1/4 cup
white wine vinegar
1/4 cup
sugar
1/2 tsp
turmeric
1/2 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
Reminds me of a dish served at the BYU Museum of Art Cafe 10 years ago. I make a few modifications: leave out the raisins and almonds and add celery and green onions instead,I prefer Fuji apples over granny smith and I use Fage 0% yogurt instead of mayo.
