Sunday pot roast super fast and very yummy! Recommend using a roast from Costco! The meat just falls apart after being cooked!
Good flavor... my only complaint was that the vegetables were too mushy for my liking... not sure yet how to fix this using the insta pot.
Super good and easy! The onion soup mix made the potatoes taste a bit funky though. Next we’ll add less or do a different seasoning
