black beans, rinsed and drained
Juice of 6 limes
1/4 cup
vegetable oil
2 tbsp
honey
1 tbsp
cumin
4 oz
Mexican queso or feta cheese
1/2 cup
chopped cilantro
Much too sweet. Needs less honey and less dressing. I didn’t add all the dressing and added Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning. Turned out yummy.
