Turkey Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup

plus 2 tbsp ketchup (I use organic)

2 tsp

worcestershire sauce

1/2

small onion, minced

1 tsp

olive oil

1 3/10 lb

99% lean ground turkey

1/2 cup

seasoned breadcrumbs (I use 4c Whole Wheat)

1

egg

1 tsp

marjoram

salt


NOTES

  • Can make in muffin pan

  • Add minced garlic and usually needs more bread crumbs. *****For Nina Foodi: Press pressure button, high, for 25 minutes.
    Allow to naturally release steam for 5-10 minutes. Then release rest of steam.
    Remove lid, pour water out of your inner pot, and pour barbecue sauce on top of your meatloaf patty. Sprinkle green onions on top if desired now.
    Close air crisp lid (one that is attached). Press air crisp button, 390 degrees for 10 minutes.
