Everyone liked these, and a few of the kids even liked them better than the orange ricotta pancake recipe that is my favorite! Orange ricotta is still king in my book, but these are really good. We served them with homemade raspberry jam. Yum!
My sister and brother in law made these for us and they were thick, fluffy and flavorful. We put the Kodiak red raspberry syrup on them with cream- yum.
These were incredible. My favorite breakfast possibly ever. These will be a new conference tradition. Yum.

My husband absolutely loved these. They’re so light and creamy. The addition of the lemon zest gave it such a great fruitiness that we weren’t expecting. Even my 10 month old devoured them.
These are delicious! If you are looking for a simple yet special breakfast recipe, these pancakes are definitely worth a try. We would be shocked if your crew doesn't love them. 😉
