Patishapta Recipe – Saffron Cardamom Indian Rice Crepes

For the Rice Crepe Batter:

Thai Rice

1/2 cup

Coconut Milk - the batter should be slightly thicker

1/4 cup

Water

4 tbsp

Sugar

Olive Oil - 3 Tbsp - you may use any light oil or ghee if you eat it

Few Saffron Strands - crushed by hand

Green Cardamom Pods - crushed (about 1sp powder)

Thinly Chopped Pistachio

Dry Coconut Powder - optional

Coconut Cream - you may use regular whipped cream or any kind of fruit flavored cream too.

Few Saffron Strands - crushed by hand
