Flavor , quick, and easy. Used a rotisserie chicken, couldn’t find the specified ramen so I just used the ones I could find, worked fine .
I used rice noodles instead of Ramen and it turned out very well. I would suggest to use 3x the amount of green thai curry paste from the recipe. The amount mentioned in the recipe is good for 2 people.
