I loved it! I thought it was super easy especially if you have a rotisserie chicken.
Outstanding recipe. Used premade crust dough to cut down on prep time.
I have another recipe I prefer. This one was creamier than I like. I didn’t like the celery. I didn’t have time to make the pie crust recipe here so I used my own. When I have more time I want to try this crust recipe.
I didn’t have enough time to make the crust so I used Marie Calendar’s frozen pie crusts. The filling was incredible...probably the best I have had. I am for sure going to try the homemade crust at some point.

This was a new recipe for us, and we loved it. My 3 year old had seconds, peas and all. I used a store bought crust because I needed to use it up from the holidays but other than that stuck pretty close to the recipe.
We used pre-made pie crust, but this was so delicious!
