Once we tried this we stopped looking for new cornbread recipes to try. It's super moist and very flavorful--definitely a family favorite! It reminds me a bit of the cornbread at Bandera.
This is a favorite passed through my family. I make it without the canned chiles though. I have won two corn bread contests with it that way.
