char siu sauce aka bbq sauce

wash and pat the pork

rub 6 tbsp of char siu sauce thoroughly on the pork and let it marinate in the fridge overnight. flip the pork in the morning so both sides get as much of the marinade as possible

place pork strips on rack in roasting pan and bake
