chicken broth

heavy cream
1/2 cup
wine
5 ozs
saint andre' brie cheese
1 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 serving
bread croutons
1 serving
blanched asparagus spears
1 serving
slowly add the broth
1 serving
use a potato peeler to lighter peel the asparagus and remove the tough outer skin
