mix water and yeast by sprinkling the yeas on top of the warm water. add of sugar until the yeast rises and doubles . it will froth and bubble

dump the dough onto a floured surface

the beignets off on a paper towel

serve immediately so they don't get cold... coffee and fruit are the very best things to pair them
