3 cups

stir-fry vegetables (I bought a pre-packaged bag)

1 1/4 cups

water

1/4 cup

peanut butter

1/4 cup

lite soy sauce

1 tbsp

light brown sugar

1 tbsp

cornstarch

1/4 tsp

crushed red pepper

2 cups

chopped cooked chicken

1 8 ounce can

sliced water chestnuts, drained

1 8 ounce can

bamboo shoots, drained

1/4 cup

chopped peanuts, for topping

1/4 cup

sliced green onions, for topping
