| 350g approx block extra firm tofu (, press it to remove any excess water if you have the time but don't worry if you don't. I have tried both ways and the difference is negligible)
400 milliliters

peanut butter (, crunchy or smooth)
1 tbsp
tamari (, (wheat free if needs to be gluten-free) or soy sauce, or coconut aminos)
1 tbsp
coconut sugar (, or any other brown sugar)

small onion (, chopped)

fat cloves garlic (, chopped finely)

fresh or dried red bird's eye chilli (, 2 will make it hot, 1 will make it medium or half mild and if you don't like chilli feel free to omit it. It will still be delicious.)
