i took immense pride in being that woman who's “got this!”. we know how that usually turns out: i was a mess

before she could get the word “do” out of her mouth

living elegantly isn't being a freakin' pollyanna 24-7

it's ease

you must break open to break through.

don't blame

as as it may be

being a grown-up means that you get to choose to be in control of your own life

sure

yet

if you find one reason why blame serves you

burn

this year

little by little

you are no different

when you finally get to that place where you're asking “who am i

you've burned completely

while setbacks will hurt your ego

let her burn

don't ever underestimate the power of clothes paired

open up and ask

keep living and loving
