Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl

2 tbsp

canola oil

1 1/2 cups

cooked chicken breast

1 cup

frozen peas & carrots blend

1/2 cup

frozen green beans

4 cups

cooked rice (Jasmine or Basmati work the best for this, but you can use whatever you prefer.)

1/2 cup

teriyaki sauce Use as much as you'd like. 1/2 cup was perfect for me. (I prefer Soy Vey brand)
