you omit some of the vegetables listed above and prepare it

cut the vegetables in chunks

bring some water to boil and add tiny bit of salt

add veggies except
1 cup
then drain the juice. in 1/4th of this
1 tsp
heat a of oil and lighltly saute shrimps till just pinkish. set this aside

add another of oil and add some ginger and garlic and chunky onion pieces. saute

next add the remaining veggies
1/2 tsp
add soy sauce and hot sauce and tomato ketchup. remember that the soy sauce is high in salt

lastly add a couple of of cornstarch
