my shrimp stir fry is not only a low gi and a low calorie food but also a rather delicious way to a healthy diet

green beans

carrots

onion

ginger

1 serving

garlic

cabbage

broccoli

snap peas and shallots

1 serving

peas and corn

some shrimps

1 can

you omit some of the vegetables listed above and prepare it

cut the vegetables in chunks

1 serving

bring some water to boil and add tiny bit of salt

add veggies except

1 cup

then drain the juice. in 1/4th of this

1 tsp

heat a of oil and lighltly saute shrimps till just pinkish. set this aside

1 tsp

add another of oil and add some ginger and garlic and chunky onion pieces. saute

next add the remaining veggies

1/2 tsp

add soy sauce and hot sauce and tomato ketchup. remember that the soy sauce is high in salt

lastly add a couple of of cornstarch
