melt butter in a saucepan

add sugar and evaporated milk

bring to a full rolling boil. stir constantly to prevent scorching

turn off heat and add chocolate chips

stir until all of the chocolate chips are completely
1 scoop
add marshmallow crème. use the spoon to the marshmallow crème out of the jar

add vanilla and nuts
