INGREDIENTS

Pizza Dough/Crust- See recipe option in the post. Optionally, you could purchase a pre-made crust or prepared pizza dough.

Olive Oil- 2 tablespoons divided.

Ricotta Cheese- 1/2 cup (has about 3.5 carbs total).

Shredded Cheese- Mozzarella or similar mix preferred- 1 1/4 cup.

Optional- toppings such as pepperoni, veggies, etc.

Optional- seasonings as desired such as Italian seasoning, pepper, etc.
