– 3 Yukon gold potatoes (chopped)
– 1 cup Carrots (chopped)
– 1 tbsp Oil (I used olive oil)
– Salt and Pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 2 tbsp flour
– 1 tbsp tomato paste
