Food for Thought: Crockpot Love - Chicken Drumsticks

this is probably one of the easiest crock pot meals i make - i got going this morning so it will be done tonight

i first spray my pot

put the potatoes and carrot in the bottom of the pot. i will typically toss them

just set the chicken in the pot. the potatoes and carrot act as a bedding
