2 tsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
2 green onions (minced)
vegetable oil for frying
garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired
