red wine vinegar

additional rosemary & maldon sea saltfor serving

in a ziplock combine the olive oil

1 bag

remove the from the refrigerator & allow the steak to sit at room temp

preheat a cast iron skillet lightly greased

1 serving

remove from the pan & allow to rest on a cutting board

you marinate the steak in a glass dish if you prefer not to use plastic
