finely chopped fresh cilantro stems, plus 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

pine nuts, chopped

ground allspice

cherry or grape tomatoes

extra virgin olive oil

Served as hummus bowls with homemade hummus. Did not make sauce. Added olives, feta, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions. Get zhoug next time. Try pickling red onion: stir together 1/2 teaspoon white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup white vinegar. Stir in 1 cup sliced onion.
