I love that you only dirty one pan and it comes together so easily for a weeknight meal
I used fresh garden tomatoes and leftover green chilies with a teaspoon of Italian seasoning instead of rotel, just tossed it in the blender. I also used 3 cups water/chicken broth and 16 ounces of the Campanella noodles. Otherwise I followed the recipe. Served with broiled broccoli and fresh red bell pepper slices.
So easy and delicious. My kids said it tasted like pizza so it was a hot all around :)
Easy and great. Like adult Mac n cheese with hot dogs.
