or 1/3 cup olive oil

100 milliliters

or 0.4 cup cold water

or 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water over night (see notes above))

160 milliliters

or 2/3 cup water

1 tsp

Marmite (or nutritional yeast)

2 cloves

garlic

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1/2 tsp

nutmeg

1 pinch

cayenne

2 tbsp

freshly chopped herbs ((I used wild garlic, oregano and thyme))

salt and freshly ground black pepper
