i love the lake life but i like to add some southern flare to it! i love to try anything that will make life easier and make more room

the sausage out into a separate bowl

the sausage i use normally doesn't make much grease so i add 6 tbs of butter and let in melt together

let it cook until it starts to turn brown

heat on 3 more minutes but do not let boil

add salt & pepper to your taste

triple the recipe and freeze some

let the gravy cool completely

pour into a freezer bag.

this is my little trick to getting liquid into a freezer πŸ™‚

zip up the freezer bag really well. make sure you get all the air out

lay the bag flat on a cookie and freeze. this will give you more space in the freezer πŸ™‚
