add the panko bread crumbs to a bowl and set aside

in a skillet over heat

add the onion

add the garlic and cook

turn the heat down to low/

in a separate bowl

once the meat are done chilling

transfer the meat to a dish and set them aside

form and then chill them in the refrigerator
