step 1 - start by cleaning up to baking potatoes

step - poke several holes in each potato

step - place the steaming rack in the pot. if you don't own a steaming rack

step - pour 1 cup of water into the pot

step - place the potatoes in the pot

step - place the lid on the pot and lock it in place. be sure the pressure valve is sealed

step 8 - set the pressure valve to release and stand back so the steam doesn't hit your face. it is very ho
