creamy peanut butter (can use natural one too)

unsalted butter, room temperature (not melted - just let the butter from refrigerator sit on the counter for about an hour or so)
1/2 cup
brown sugar

egg
1/2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup
all-purpose flour, sifted or aerated (see important note below!)
1/2 tsp
baking powder
2 tbsp
granulated sugar for coating
I love the thickness and chewy-ness of these cookies, but it’s very light on the peanut butter taste, so i would add more peanut butter.
