INGREDIENTS
10 lbs of peaches (about 15 large)
14 cinnamon sticks
3 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves
3 1/2 teaspoons whole allspice
3 batches of syrup (your choice light, medium or heavy)
Medium Syrup: 3 cups sugar to 1 quart of water
Heavy Syrup: 4 cups sugar to 1 quart of water
