White Chicken Chili

Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1/2 inch chunks

Medium onion, chopped

1 1/2 tsps

Garlic powder

1 Tbs

Vegetable oil

15 ounce cans great northern beans, rinsed & drained

14 ounce can chicken broth

4 oz. Cans chopped green chilis

1 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

Ground cumin

1 tsp

Dried oregano

1/2 tsp

Black pepper

1/4 tsp

Cayenne pepper

1 cup

Sour cream

1 cup

Whipping cream


NOTES

  • You can also cook in the crock pot, just cook chicken beforehand, then cook on low. Some add sour cream and whipping cream until right before serving
