| 1.25 cups spelt flour ((wholewheat can be used as an alternative but spelt gives the best result))

| 1/2 cup coconut sugar ((any brown sugar can be used if you don't have coconut))

| 1/2 cup raisins

30 g

| 1/4 cup chopped walnuts ((optional but adds great texture))

oil ((I used mild olive oil but coconut oil (melted) or any other mild tasting oil is fine))
