Spicy Cilantro Chickpea Hummus

Chickpeas  (cooked chickpeas or a 10 oz can of Chickpeas, rinsed under cold water)

Cilantro  (stems included, plus few extra leaves for garnish)

Tahini Paste  (Optional but recommended)

Garlic  (garlic cloves)

Olive Oil  (plus 1-2 tbsp extra to drizzle over hummus)

Lemon  (zest and juice of lemon)

1/2 tsp

Cumin Powder  (roasted cumin powder)

1/2 tsp

Salt  (or as per taste)
