Recipe: Gluten Free Banana Bread

-1 ¼ cup sugar


-½ cup butter, softened

-2 cups ripe banana

-2 eggs


-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1 ¾ cups All-Purpose Gluten-Free flour
 (I used “cup 4 cup” brand)

-1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon

-1 teaspoon baking soda

-3/4 teaspoon salt


-½ teaspoon ginger


-1/4 cup milk
