Pumpkin Bars with Hazelnut Streusel

hazelnut flour (If you can’t find hazelnut flour, make your own by putting 1-2 cups of hazelnuts in a food processor. Grind to a fine texture.)

Egg wash – 1 egg beaten with a splash of cream

+ 1/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp

maple syrup

1 cup

canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)

eggs, beaten
